Guided by the corporate spirit of “taking from society and giving back to society,” CTE Tech Corp. has long been committed to community care and talent development. Through continuous efforts in corporate social responsibility, CTE is working toward its goal of becoming a happy enterprise and a preferred employer in the Keelung region.

CTE’s collaboration with National Keelung Special Education School has now entered its 15th year. Over the years, the company has provided workplace learning opportunities for nearly 180 students, allowing them to gain early exposure to real work environments, better understand workplace operations, and strengthen their adaptability for future employment.

On June 16, 2026, CTE was represented by Deputy Assistant General Manager Lin Hsien-Shih at the graduation ceremony of National Keelung Special Education School. During the event, scholarships and gifts were presented to the school and participating students, recognizing the dedication of the faculty and the enthusiastic participation of the students.

In his remarks, Lin expressed his gratitude to the school’s teachers for their thoughtful guidance and long-term support for student development. He also thanked the students for their active participation in the workplace learning program. Through these hands-on experiences, students are able to connect the skills they have learned with real workplace practices. At the same time, CTE employees gain valuable opportunities to better understand and support students with disabilities, helping to build a more friendly, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture.

CTE believes that corporate growth should not be measured only by business performance, but also by the company’s continued commitment to society. Looking ahead, CTE will continue to invest in community care and talent development, working hand in hand with schools and local communities to create a more inclusive employment environment and realize the shared value of business and society growing together.
